Abstract : Abstract: This study aims at developing a machine for design printing on spherical shaped object. Printing of designs or shapes or any character on the circular object is tedious job .Manual system is time consuming. This machine proposes novel control architecture for design ball printing system based on robot system will solve the problem which is capable of drawing on spherical or ellipsoidal surfaces. You might say a pen plotter for spherical coordinates. Or a simple but unusual CNC machine. System consists of 2 motor controller with mechanical assembly with graphic user interface (GUI) and one host computer. If users draw a picture in GUI, a host computer commands client robots to reproduce it by drawing the same fashion. System holds the ball in the grip mechanism which is controlled by the software. The machine that can draw on spherical or egg-shaped objects from the size of a ping pong ball to that of a small grapefruit-- roughly 1.25 to 4.25 inches in diameter (3 - 10 cm). The machine is super adjustable, and is designed to draw on all kinds of things that are normally "impossible" to print on .The results demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed control architectures.
