Research on Design a Patient Satisfaction Scoring Model
Abstract
The conflict between physicians and patients becomes more fierce which has developed into a complex social
problem and has seriously threatened the stability and development of peaceful society in China. Many hospitals not only
ensure their technology and equipment up-to-date, but also shift focus toward providing effective and high-quality care to
patients. Patient Satisfaction Scoring System is one of the efforts to objectively reflect the quality of medical care and service
and patients’ expectation and satisfaction. Therefore a trustworthy relationship between doctors and patients can be
established. This paper reports our study on how to construct a Patient Satisfaction Scoring model to improve health-care
and service of the two hospitals efficiently.
