Paper Title
Complete Automation Of Machining Cycle For A Particular Object And The Algorithm

Abstract
Segmented Object Manufacturing (SOM) is a machine which can be a substitute to conventional 3D printing machines. The machine is used to prepare prototypes out of expanded polystyrene. It uses three processes to manufacture the object. Two subtractive processes being conventional machining and hot wire slicing and one additive process being gluing. All the three processes needed to be run manually until now. This paper proposes to integrate all the three processes into one automatic program. It outlines the steps used to create the program and describes the tools required to create the program. (Abstract)
